How Do I Receive Eternal Life?
The question of eternal life is one that has been asked for centuries. Deep within us is the desire to live beyond this earthly existence, to find meaning that extends into eternity. The good news is that the Bible provides a clear and hopeful answer: eternal life is a gift offered to everyone through Jesus Christ.
Understanding Eternal Life
Eternal life is not just about living forever; it’s about a relationship with God that begins now and continues beyond death. Jesus Himself defined it this way:
“Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
(John 17:3)
Eternal life means knowing God personally, living in His love, and experiencing the fullness of life as He intended.
The Path to Eternal Life
1. Recognize Your Need for God
